The plan
- KC to edit main Help page with verbage from Crystie and Amber
- Amber (and Crystie where feasible) will clean up workorders this week by assigning unassigned workorders and following up with programmers/techs/users to close open/pending workorders
- Amber will draft a note to the campus about viewing workorders at help.gc.maricopa.edu to be sent Thursday night this week
- Amber will draft a note about workorder training for GCIS group for next week; need to pick a date and plan specific purpose and format of training
- Amber and Crystie will draft a note to Roger B. and Dorene about workorder status meeting format and implementation - what works for them and how are they doing it?

- Roger S. added to the Com Team
- CTC questions about the date of next meeting; need to prepare a handout for that meeting
