The GC4D server runs several instances of its software to provide attendance tracking for the Fitness Center, Nursing, and Center for Learning.

Client stations access the software via a web page to the server IP http://140.198.44.75/
. The Port determines the instance of trac being accessed. The default port 80 is fitness, 81 and 82 are CTL and Nursing. Within each session/port are specific roles/users/terminals which can be limited to certain IP workstations and filtered to specific needs. ie Fitness has 3 users representing the main fitness center, adaptive PE, and the powerhouse weightroom. Each sees a different filter of students signed in.
Specifically, client stations are recognized by the 4d server by their IP. Changing the IP will cause the client station to lose communication with the server.
Accounts are managed from an admin account and the main menu showing on the trac page.
A userguide exists in the system but the admin needs to download it.
Troubleshooting:
Client workstation no longer logs in properly. Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Might need to clear all cache and cookies manually from all profiles. Cookies go to your hips.
