Key Wizard Guide

The [CampusKeys] Key Wizard Setup

  • Key Wizard is a user friendly key management program used as a database for controlling key holders, access schedules, hardware locations, master key systems, and maintenance service.
    • Key Wizard is a easy to navigable program with a similar interface to Microsoft Outlook.
    • Key Wizard runs off of a system of inputted policies, procedures, and records to basically build the user's own key database.
  • Key Wizard is a database program and as such contains different access levels. Key Wizard is currently only accessible to those in the College Safety department.
    • In order to give a user access to the Key Wizard program you must do so through the Moduser tool and add the user to the [CampusKeys] edit department.
  • In order to gain higher database access you must the contact the database administrator for Key Wizard.
    • The database administrator is College Safety Director Debra Palok.
    • You will need to contact Debra Palok directly for high database access to Key Wizard.
