Key Wizard is a user friendly key management program used as a database for controlling key holders, access schedules, hardware locations, master key systems, and maintenance service.
Key Wizard is a easy to navigable program with a similar interface to Microsoft Outlook.
Key Wizard runs off of a system of inputted policies, procedures, and records to basically build the user's own key database.
Key Wizard is a database program and as such contains different access levels. Key Wizard is currently only accessible to those in the College Safety department.
In order to give a user access to the Key Wizard program you must do so through the Moduser tool and add the user to the [CampusKeys] edit department.
In order to gain higher database access you must the contact the database administrator for Key Wizard.
The database administrator is College Safety Director Debra Palok.
You will need to contact Debra Palok directly for high database access to Key Wizard.
