At 8:00pm each evening, a migration task runs on GCCODOC to move data from the hard drive to optical media. In order to modify or run this task manually, launch the ODOC Server Manager (from the desktop icon) and log in using the "Administrator" account. Browse the tree and select the NSOBJECT item:
Clicking the Task Scheduler button will open the task pane:
Highlighting the task in question, click either the Edit button or the Run button, etc. Additional documentation may be found on page 115 in the Operator.PDF manual (see ODOC Diagnostic Procedure attachments).
Note that you must manually change the permissions for "Everyone" on the P: drive to "Change" prior to manually running the "[MoveToOptical2]" and, similarly, you msut reset the permissions back to "Read" when done. This permission change is accomplished each evening at 7:55pm and 9:15pm, respectively, by two NT scheduled tasks in order to let the 8:00pm migration task run for an hour.
