Overall amazing accomplishment that we pulled this together so quickly.
Video and audio capture of events and considerations for model release.
Can't work it so broadly again for next year - hesitation about doing same scale all over again.
Photos for archiving or reference. Use Gaucho Gazette coverage (Robert, Mary, and Kim all have photos)
Prior to next event (preferably early in the fall semester) review event organizing document from Chuck Jeffrey, as well as event checklist from the student club (linked below) and possibly create similar document(s) specific to our event.

Question for the group - Was the Vendor Fair effective? Considering the liability and insurance issues for vendors, if/when we do this event next year, is the vendor fair a portion that we want to revisit - Another thought might be to have a similar 'fair' but focus on community groups such as the wildlife rescue group, etc and possibly more student demonstrations...?

I know there were some concerns about doing FTN on the same scale next year as we did last year but since our meeting I was thinking that even if we did choose to do something along the same scale, I think we'll find it an easier process because we won't be building everything from scratch, plus we have a lot more lead time and many more hands (including the student club). I'll start a topics list/agenda for the Strategy & Planning group and add this for further discussion sometime in the future.
