- Raise room temperature in summer, early fall; lower room temperature in winter - to Better match the outdoor temperature / Request faculty & students dress appropriately
- Encourage alternative transportation - bus passes, bike paths/racks
- Discourage single-person car transport - Semester charge for parking ($5); use these funds for alternatives (bike paths on campus/solar panels)
- Local and/or organic food offering by cafeteria e.g. daily special
- 25 Cents discount for bringing own cup at Grounds for Thought Coffee bar 5 cents discount at cafeteria?
- Sell GCC Logo stainless steel go cup!
- Carbon inventory of campus and examine ways to reduce - Siemens will come in and do an energy audit of the campus for free ( the payback is from the energy savings)
- ASU students get free city bus passes
- Trash evaluation day
- Work with copy center
Vending machine companies providing recycling aspect (incorporate with service contract)
Space heater inventory
Reverse-Osmosis water machines throughout campus to fill smaller drinking containers (cut down on buying bottled water)

Our first action item: establish the student group.
Robert Reavis has offered to be club advisor. Kim Smith urged the group to get a presence at the Student Club Fair next week.
