Just to get the ball rolling I've put down some of the things that we've talked about in the meetings and then augmented this by suggesting a possible structure for planning and documenting. Feel free to edit at will!
The audience for this document is internal.

- Here is one goal that caught my eye from Baylor U's Liaision program, for the group's consideration: Every GCC faculty member knows by name and by sight at least one librarian and feels comfortable calling him or her. (SAM)

About Goals:
Although "Promote a positive image of the LMC" is generally what we want, I'm given pause thinking of the quotation "Your opinion of me is none of my business." How about promoting the idea that the LMC seeks to play an increasingly active role in student achievement? For that matter, we also can have a role supporting and supplying the info needs of our administrators.
