  Reset MEMO Password in Versamail on a Palm Device

When  you change your MEMO password on your workstation computer and you are attempting to read email on your Palm Device using Versamail, you will need to change the stored password on the [VersaMail] application before it will retrieve your mail.  To do this, follow these directions:

1. Open Versamail on the palm device.

2. From the Accounts menu, select Account Setup.

3. Select MEMO (or the setup that is for your MEMO account) and select edit.

4. Click Next in the Account Setup until you see an area that will allow you to change your password.

5. Click Assign to set a password.  Type in the new password and click OK.

6. Remember to click next through each box until you reach and area where you can select DONE.

7. Allow the application to overwrite the existing information (this will save the new password  you just entered).

8. Attempt to retrieve email messages to ensure that the new password was saved.
