SAVING QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR SETTINGS - OFFICE 2007
Make sure the user has made all the changes they desire to the toolbar.  BEFORE they log out, copy the file (Word.qat, Excel.qat, etc...) to the Scratch drive.  The path is:  C:\documents and settings\dmpenwel\local settings\application ...
